Our Story
Led by a Brisbane based qualified carpenter, JPO Modular Group was founded by Jacob, who brings over 12 years of hands-on experience across the construction industry. His background spans groundworks, structural framing, and high-rise construction giving every modular project the benefit of deep, well-rounded trade knowledge.
Whether you're in Brisbane's southside, the northern suburbs, Ipswich, Logan, or the Gold Coast hinterland, we bring the same level of care and craftsmanship to every site.

We're a tight, skilled crew who stay involved on every project from the first measure to the final finish. Unlike larger building companies that subcontract most of the work, our team is on-site throughout which means consistent quality, clear accountability, and no surprises.
Our crew includes:
- Jacob, Qualified Carpenter & Licensee with 12+ years across residential and commercial construction in Southeast Queensland
- A second qualified tradesperson bringing additional hands-on expertise across structural and fit-out work
- A second-year apprentice, trained on-site to our standards from the ground up
